July 7 @ 20:00 - 22:00
The Night of the Choirs format, one night when the audience cycles or walks to various concerts in special locations and eventually meets up to listen to one final concert together, has proven to be very popular. We translate this into a special edition in the woods. The audience, after having been divided into two smaller groups, are accompanied by guides to the concerts in the woods. Afterwards, they are reunited for a glass of wine and the second part of the evening, which takes place on a covered stage, with views of the trees in the evening twilight. In this natural setting, Wishful Singing will perform age-old Gregorian songs, the gentlemen of the Olga Vocal Ensemble will present a programme with nature music from Scandinavia, and for the finale, we will listen to the Ensemble Dialogos, who will be singing the 11th century Celtic story about a man who was almost lost but was saved by St Swithun.
Regrettably, this concert is not accessible for wheelchairs because of the woodland/dune walk.
